Suzy Eskridge has been a Realtor since 1985. She is active in the residential and commercial markets of Santa Fe and Northern NM. Her areas of expertise include luxury homes, golf communities, relocation, commercial as well as investment and development properties.
She especially enjoys working with out-of-town clients, and strives to make their relocation to “The Land of Enchantment” a most pleasant and exciting journey.

Suzy has had a vast exposure to varied cultures, and understands the anxieties of moving across continents, cities or just across the street . She grew up in Egypt, then lived in Paris and NY. With a background in computer science, she worked for a New York City management consulting firm, and was a pioneer in designing information systems for a number of US corporations. After the birth of her second son, she became a Realtor in northern NJ where she excelled in commercial and residential real estate. She enjoys the challenge of keeping up with the latest changes in real estate practices and technology.
Her experience, integrity and reputation for performance with the highest quality of professional service was recognized when she was nominated “Realtor Associate of the Year.”
Suzy is an active member of the Santa Fe volunteer community, supporting a number of non-profit organizations. She serves on the board of the United Way of Santa Fe County, and chairs its Women’s Philanthropy Council. Her professional affiliations include:
